The artwork belongs to the series that Karlien De Villiers dedicates to her favorite’s book covers.
In this case it’s Solzhenitsyn’s “Cancer Ward”, and, in addition to the cover, the artist adds a quote from the book (“A man is happy so long as he chooses to be happy”).
